Thank you for visiting. I am an IFS practitioner serving youth and adults. My services are systems focused, trauma-informed and include mindfulness applications. I have helped hundreds find happiness within since 2014. I received certification in Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley Mindfulness Awareness and Compassion-Based Practices with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach from Sounds True in partnership with the University of California at Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. I received additional specialty youth training from Mindful Schools and Child and Adolescent Mental Health in an Uncertain Time: Reintegration Strategies for Classroom and Community. I have volunteered at Peace4Kids, and Suicide Prevention Center where I received certification in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). I have been a student of yoga and meditation since 2001. Currently, I am pursuing my BA in Psychology. I have been inspired to indulge in these trainings after years of working through my own traumas. My work with clients mainly integrates mindfulness and IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) with some optional movement. I work with clients to cultivate tools of self-compassion and leadership in order to navigate through life and respond skillfully.
