Parts Work in Practice: A 6-Week IFS Group for Clarity + Self-Leadership
Are you feeling conflicted inside, like different parts of you are pulling in opposite directions?
This six-week online IFS (Internal Family Systems) group is a space to explore the parts of you that react, protect, shut down, or overextend, and to begin leading your life from a deeper place of clarity and compassion.
Through guided meditation, group connection, and structured parts work (including role play), you’ll learn how to work with your internal system in a way that’s grounded, transformative, and practical.
By the end of this group, you’ll be able to:
Identify and understand the different parts of your internal system
Build trust and communication between those parts and your core Self
Shift out of reactive patterns and toward intentional responses
Experience more calm, clarity, and compassion in your daily life
Use language and attention as tools to reintegrate your nervous system
This group helps with:
Inner conflict or indecision
Self-criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or emotional shutdown
Feeling like you're “too much” or “not enough”
Difficulty accessing clarity or calm when overwhelmed
Knowing you want change, but not knowing how to shift
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how your internal system works, so you can work with it instead of against it.

Gentle, neuroscience-informed parts work
Structured check-ins and group reflections
Role play (optional) for those ready to explore polarizations in community
Self-to-part connection, clarity, and leadership
A safe, welcoming space for whatever arises
Why a Group?
There’s something powerful about being witnessed.
Some people are drawn to group work because it’s more affordable. Others prefer it because 1:1 sessions feel intimidating. But beyond logistics, there’s a unique kind of safety that can emerge in a group: the feeling that you’re not alone.
When we hear someone else speak about their parts, something opens. We begin to feel a sense of shared humanity. The work becomes less isolating and more connected.
Group energy also offers a kind of co-regulation. Being in the presence of others, grounded, open, and attuned, can help your nervous system soften. You may find it’s actually easier to be introspective and brave in the presence of others walking a similar path.

Live on Zoom | 90-minute sessions | 6-week series
Includes guided meditation, group connection, and deep inner work
All experience levels are welcome

Text & email check-ins | Optional journaling prompts | Group resources (i.e. facebook group + YouTube meditations)
