What is IFS Yoga Therapy?

Much like regular IFS sessions, we will speak and feel parts work while practicing yoga movement. Yoga movement can range from relaxing stretches to power yoga. Orlee has been teaching yoga for over 12 years. She brings her knowledge from extensive yoga training as well as her substantial experience with physical therapy. She has a passion for therapeutic movement with the intention of healing.

When I encountered yoga during an IFS session with a client by chance I found its profound healing powers. By moving the body while guiding my clients through parts work, physical movement aids much of the energetic flow parts require. IFS yoga therapy is a good fit for those who like to move and carry a lot of tension.
