La Vie Collective is a community of women who want to explore how to move through what womanhood has in store for us with vitality, purpose, and brain health. Through a whole-person approach, topics that will be discussed are the 5 factors to THRIVE, advocate for yourself, peri/menopause, hormone replacement therapy education, dementia/Alzheimer’s, heart health, grief, and more.
