There comes a point when many women begin asking different questions. How do I care for my health without becoming consumed by it? How do I navigate changing hormones, changing roles, changing priorities, or changing relationships? How do I continue growing, not just older, but wiser, stronger, and more connected? You don't have to figure it out alone.
The Women’s Circle is a community that meets weekly, grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, movement, nutrition, restoration, and connection.

Life transitions can bring uncertainty, grief, change, possibility, and growth. Whether you’re navigating menopause, caregiving, recovery, cancer, relationships, health concerns, or simply asking, “what’s next?” - you don’t have to figure it out alone.
La Vie Collective is a community of women who want to explore how to move through what womanhood has in store for us with vitality, purpose, and brain health. Through a whole-person approach, topics that will be discussed are the 5 factors to THRIVE, advocate for yourself, peri/menopause, hormone replacement therapy education, dementia/Alzheimer’s, heart health, grief, and more. Guest speakers are featured to dive deeper with their expertise.

Food.
Brain Health.
Informed Choices.The power of nourishing your mind and body through food and informed choices gives you the energy, resilience, and brain health to fully engage with life.
We do this by incorporating some important foods for heart and brain health, and avoid foods that work against us. Of course, we live with balance and include some treats along the way.

Strength.
Mobility.
Vitality.The power of movement gives you strength, vitality, confidence, and the freedom to do the things that matter most.
We do this with exercise that includes aerobics, strength training, and more. A more intensive session of exercise is great. We also find ways to include movement throughout the day which is important too.

Destress.
Presence.
Calm.The power of slowing down and turning inward gives you greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and nervous system resilience.
We do this with various types of mindfulness meditation, listening to music, IFS, decluttering our space, cultivating less screen time, and more for nervous system regulation.

Sleep.
Recovery.
Healing.The power of rest and recovery gives your body and mind the opportunity to heal, recharge, and function at their best.
We do this by learning the best practices (i.e. yoga nidra and sleep hygeine) for good sleep patterns.

Learning.The power of connection gives us belonging, purpose, support, and opportunities to continue learning, growing, and engaging with life.
We do this by being in community with each other right here, as well as discussing meaningful connection in relationships, and finding purpose in exploring creative hobbies that promote healthy cognition,
