ifs practice circle drop-in

Explore your inner system in a supportive group setting using Internal Family Systems (IFS).

First Circle begins May 7th at 4p PST on Zoom.

This group is a space to explore Internal Family Systems in a guided, experiential format. Each session includes a short teaching, experiential exercises, and optional sharing. Whether you're new to parts work or already familiar with IFS, the group offers a supportive place to deepen self-awareness and Self leadership.

For a long time, you may have been trying to navigate:

  • Inner conflict that feels confusing or exhausting

  • Parts of you that pull in completely opposite directions

  • Trying to “figure yourself out” on your own

  • Feeling stuck in patterns you understand but can’t shift

  • Wanting support, but not always knowing where to turn

Right now, you might feel:

  • Curious about your internal world, but unsure how to access it

  • Ready for deeper work, but not necessarily long-term commitment

  • Tired of doing this work alone

  • A mix of openness and hesitation about being in a group

  • Like there’s more underneath the surface you haven’t fully explored

Imagine…

  • Being in a space where your inner experience is welcomed, not judged

  • Seeing your parts more clearly as they show up in real time

  • Learning not just about IFS, but actually doing it

  • Feeling connection through shared human experience

  • Accessing more compassion… and from there, real self-leadership

We explore…

• understanding your inner parts
• working with inner critics and protectors
• navigating internal conflict
• building Self leadership
• cultivating compassion for your system

What a session looks like…

  • brief introduction to an IFS concept

  • guided experiential exercise

  • reflection or journaling

  • optional sharing and witnessing

  • closing integration

Who this group is for…

• feel curious about parts work
• notice inner conflict or self-criticism
• want to deepen self-awareness
• enjoy experiential learning in community

This group may be helpful if you are…

• transitioning out of a treatment program
• looking for continued support in a structured setting
• curious about parts work or IFS
• wanting a space to better understand your internal patterns

Important note…

This group is educational, experiential, and can feel therapeutic in nature, and is not a substitute for individual therapy. Participants are responsible for their own emotional wellbeing and are encouraged to seek individual support if deeper material arises.
