Sessions are 50 minutes long drawing mainly from the IFS model while integrating mindfulness, self-compassion and optional movement. Including movement can have profound and lasting effects on your system. Sessions can be held over zoom, FaceTime, or in person. My intention in every session is to guide you to create a positive relationship with yourself and others. I believe this allows you to navigate through life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.

I have worked with many people for over 10 years. I am passionate about working with struggling teenage girls and young adult males experiencing relationship problems.
